Diversity in clinical trials is an ongoing challenge for the development of medical technologies. Lack of diversity among trial participants and researchers inhibits the ability to develop products that more fully reflect the needs of patients of varying ethnic and cultural backgrounds. What do we, as a stakeholder community, need to do to fix this longstanding issue?

We are pleased to provide the recordings, slides and key takeaways from our series of workshop discussions regarding diversity in clinical trials sponsored by AdvaMed in partnership with Meharry Medical College. The three-part virtual series was designed to identify tools and approaches to address the lack of diversity in clinical trials.
